1) Ellvis looks like he fell, because his head wobbles way too much. In fact, I'd say he was pushed by some hard frontal strike.
2) The agent first leans forward and then back. The problem: he must lean back only after he stopped shooting, not during the shooting.
So you need to separate movements from each other - shoot, stop shooting and only then make other movements.
