Great job with the proportions and the right speed, the only flaw I could find is the stripes in the character's pants. Congratulations, and good luck with your future projects! ;)
you should make some reference lines on the drawings, you can see how the character (don't remember the name now) becomes bigger with every frame. Overall, it's really cool.
