Dude, make backup copy every hour when you work with big or small projects.
That's the thing that I did not have time to make a backup.

В том то и дело что я не успел сделать резевную копию.
Посмотри в папку, куда сохранял, там, обычно, бывает файл с приставкой RECOVER_(название), если есть такой, то не всё потеряно.
Такого файла нету.
always backup your projects...ALWAYS
